- Customers under this agreement save
25% on all billable labor hours and receive priority
service when there are issues to be corrected.
Proactive MX - Customers under this
agreement also receive 25%
discount on all billable labor, receive priority service as
well as a quarterly-scheduled on-site maintenance service.
